Fierce, proud, and loud — Emet is a fine jewelry line designed to celebrate our beautiful, messy Jewish lives.
We lionize our love for our homeland, our customs, and our shared stories. By looking to history for inspiration, each design celebrates the tapestry of tradition our people have lived confidently and distinctly for thousands of years.
Made with 18k gold, Emet heirlooms are meant to endure — to be worn, lived in, and passed down for generations to come.
Who We are
The Sisters
Half Texan-Asheknazi, half Moroccan-Israeli Sabra, we are 100% Jewish Zionists who grew up in the diamond business.
Often incorrectly confused for twins, we are a true yin and yang, sugar and spice, or a Manischewitz and arak pairing if you will.
Combining our love for Judaism, history, hosting, and design felt like a natural shidduch – and Emet was born.
Natalie, the consummate hostess and loving Ima to three gremlins, in another life would’ve been the female Indiana Jones. With an academic focus in Middle Eastern religions, history, and languages, Natalie later followed in her parents’ footsteps by opening her own concierge diamond and fine jewelry company.
Michelle, loving Doda to three gremlins and astrology aficionado, has always been intrigued by the intersection of aesthetics with everyday life. Hailing from an art history background, Michelle’s passion for creativity led her back to the jewelry industry with a focus on fashion jewelry design.
The Shabbat of October 7th, 2023 was shattering. Shock, anger, and grief seemed to trail us like an unrelenting shadow. Antisemitism was no longer safely relegated to history, but a newly unearthed backdrop to our everyday lives. As Jews in the Diaspora, we felt isolated and longed to feel more connected to Israel and the global Jewish community.
Leaning into passion for and pride in our Jewish identity felt like the antidote. So, we took comfort in what we know — we meet hate with humor, joy, and an unwavering love of life. There’s no other people on earth that loves stronger or kvetches harder. In our world, life is always a little Manischewitz and a little arak, a little charoset and a little maror—with the sweet inevitably comes the bitter. But our traditions are beautiful, delicious, flavorful, and above all give us a sense of peace and pride.
“Emet” means truth, and it’s a call to embrace our heritage. With Emet jewelry, we want to imbue our Jewish community with the sense of pride and chutzpah that our traditions inspire, that give us the confidence to embrace the truth of our identity and live it courageously.
We want to celebrate this beautiful, complicated life we lead together. No matter where you fall on the spectrum, if you’re Jewish, Jew-ish, or simply a friend, shalom—you’re welcome here.
Az, nu, y’allah! Come celebrate with us.
